Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all orders from the USA to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Shipping Area: Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Skincare Products: Due to hygiene reasons, skincare items can only be returned if sealed and unused.
Return Process:
1. Email us at info@holivou.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping charges).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@holivou.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
